We are happy to recommend Bayan products according to your specific needs.  We also offer a bespoke service – Our skincare range can be modified to your needs taking into account your allergies, skin conditions, or even your preferred scent.

Only the best ingredients have been sourced worldwide for Bayan skincare products.  Many of these ingredients are from small, family run businesses.  These ingredients can be difficult to source, and are often affected by weather conditions.  For instance, the Mani Olive oil may not be available at certain times if the crop has been affected by the weather that year.

 

How can I obtain product samples?

We do not offer product samples online.  Should you wish to sample Bayan products please visit our stockist's who will be happy to let you try the products.

For a full list of the ingredients included in any of our product range, please email us at info@bayanloutra.co.uk. We will shortly be publishing a Dictionary of Ingredients for our full product range which will be available from the Bayan Website.

We do not claim that all of our ingredients are entirely natural, but our core ingredients are.

Can I use Bayan products if I am pregnant?

We would always encourage our pregnant clients to speak to their doctor before using ours, or any new product – just in case mother or baby is allergic.

 

How do I check on an order I have placed?

When you order a product online you will automatically receive an order confirmation.  We will also send you a dispatch confirmation to let you know your purchase is on its way to you.  Should you have any other queries relating to your purchase, please contact our head office.  We will be happy to help you in any way we can.

 

Do you accept international orders?

We are happy to receive orders form all over the world.  The cost of postage/ courier may be affected by your location in the world.  All Bayan products are dispatched from the UK.
