Arabian Rose Lip Balm blends cocoa butter and Vitamin E oil with fragrant Taif rose oil. It is easily applied and absorbed preventing dry and chapped lips.
Usage
Apply as and when needed to keep lips moisturised to prevent dry and chapped lips.
The oil of the taif rose was chosen for its rich damask rose fragrance. Rose petals have been used for centuries to make attar of rose, (from the Arabic 'itr' meaning perfume or essence). Freshly distilled attar is stored in tolahs or vials, each holding about a third of an ounce of pure essence. It takes from 10 to 15 thousand hand-picked roses to create each tolah and its potency and value is so respected that to give a gift of this oil is traditionally the highest compliment you can pay. The fragrant oil is to this day used to perfume the grand mosque in the holy city of Mecca and pilgrims often take the route through Taif to buy the oil.
